We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags (if applicable).

Due to the nature of pre-owned clothing, all sales are final on clearance or “as-is” items (these will be noted in the product description).

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at the time of sale cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for mailing the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or significantly different from the description.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
